Third Graders have been learning about simple machines in the science lab. We used this fun game to learn about them.
Watch this incredible video which shows us the story from the Big Bang up to modern day... all in one minute!!
Over thanksgiving weekend Mr. Johnson was lucky enough to visit the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. This is a really cool place that displays native ocean life. I saw some sharks and touched huge rays and giant horseshoe crabs. Below are two videos, one of a shark that was scary and the other, my favorite animal that day, the garden eel.
Its that time of year again where... for one reason or another... we just can't help but get sick. Kindergarteners and 2nd graders have been investigating how germs travel from one place to another and the importance of washing hands thoroughly.
